Personal training is the purest level of individual customization. These sessions offer clients the most comprehensive and hands on experience. Personal training sessions are 1 -4 people.
Table sessions are extremely comprehensive towards joint health and tension release. Each session uses decompression tools, techniques, and stretches to release postural issues and then the client will perform postural strengthening exercises. These sessions are great to relax muscle tension, decrease pain, and increase recovery.
